Weeknight Showdown Season 2

After the unprecedented success of its maiden voyage last year, Weeknight Showdown is back to serve a wider audience of gamers in the Philippines. Organized by MET Events, Asia’s leading esports event organizer, the Weeknight Showdown will feature not one, not two, but four esports titles for budding esports players.

If Bren Esports was able to cement themselves as one of the Philippines’ top dogs when it comes to competitive Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, this time, Weeknight Showdown is here to celebrate the growing player base of Dota Auto Chess, Apex Legends, Magic: The Gathering Arena, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

REGISTRATION

Magic: The Gathering Arena, Dota Auto Chess, and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang player, the chance to elevate your gaming experience has come. Join in on the first qualifier of the game of your choosing and compete for the combined prize pool of PHP 200,000. Registration is absolutely FREE, so be sure to lock yourselves or your team in before it reaches the participant limit!

Apex Legends

For this hit Battle Royale game, MET Events will choose eight (8) Apex Legends players for a four-hour Solo challenge every Wednesday and Friday from June 5, 2019 to June 28, 2019.

Dota 2 Autochess

• 1st place – 15,000 PHP
• 2nd place – 10,000 PHP
• 3rd place – 7,500 PHP
• 4th place – 5,500 PHP
• 5th place – 4,500 PHP
• 6th place – 3,500 PHP
• 7th place – 2,500 PHP
• 8th place – 1,500 PHP

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang

• 1st place – 20,000 PHP for the team and 3,800 diamonds per person
• 2nd place – 10,000 PHP for the team and 1,900 diamonds per person
• 3rd place – 6,000 PHP for the team and 1,300 diamonds per person
• 4th place – 4,000 PHP for the team and 800 diamonds per person
• Tied for 5th – 2,500 PHP for each team and 400 diamonds per person

• 1st place – 20,000 PHP
• 2nd place – 15,000 PHP
• Tied for 3rd – 5,000 PHP for each player
