The Tekken 7 fighters from all around the Philippines will once again face off with the return of the King of Iron Fist Tournament as the official console game of the Globe Philippine Pro Gaming League 2018 Season 2. MET, Asia’s leading esports event organizers, teams up once more with PlayBook Esports as the hunt for the country’s best Tekken 7 fighter returns.

This season’s Tekken 7 league offers all competing fighters the opportunity to qualify for an accredited Tekken World Tour 2018 event. The final stage of the Globe PPGL 2018 Season 2 Tekken Tournament will take place at BrawlFest at SM North EDSA, on August 19, 2018. The best fighters from the Globe PPGL 2018 will receive direct invites to the REV Major 2018 which is set to take place later this year.

- Cebu: July 7 (First 5 Sports Lounge & Cafe)
- Manila #1: July 15 (PlayBook Circuit)
- Manila #2: July 29 (PlayBook Circuit)
- Baguio: August 4 (Plugged Board Game Cafe and Gaming Lounge)
- Last chance qualifier: August 19 (Brawlfest)
