Vainglory World Championship

Vainglory is a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) game for mobile and tablet and since 2014 it has slowly become one of the world’s most popular and respectable competitive mobile games with an organized esports scene. As part of our contribution to that scene we are proud to announce the 2017 Vainglory World Championship which will take place at the Kallang Theatre in Singapore, on December 14-17.

Singapore is where the game first released its beta-testing phase and we are pleased to support developer Super Evil Megacorp in their plans to bring the game’s most important tournament back to the country that is home to its largest fan base.

The $140,000 USD prize pool tournament will feature 12 of the best Vainglory teams from North America, South Korea, Indonesia, China, Singapore, and winners from regional qualifiers around the world.

Vainglory’s new 5v5 mode will also be featured during the event. This new ten-player mode will unlock new strategies and competitions for the game’s diverse player base, where before the game was primarily played through a unique 3v3 mode.

The Vainglory World Championship will have free admission and will be livestreamed via Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube.
